The Trust manages 133 self-contained retirement flats, residential, nursing and day care services, all of which help to support local people to live full and independent lives, both in their own homes and, if the need arises, in one of our specialist facilities.

Our pay rates are set above the basic minimum wage level with enhanced rates paid for weekend shifts (if applicable and overtime hours and we offer excellent working conditions, personal development opportunities and performance related reward incentives.
