Many of the residents regularly get together for events they organise themselves, including barbecues in the lovely gardens, which are planted with mature silver birch trees and raised beds, and have outside seating.
As with all our sites, we have grounds staff to maintain the gardens but our residents like to join in and have areas which they enjoy cultivating themselves and the sunny open plan communal area opens upon to these gardens.
St Philip’s Court is just a 15 minute walk into the city centre by foot or buggy, and there is also a regular bus service.
