Payment is by direct debit. As this can take time to set up, we ask all new members to pay initially by cash, cheque or BACS.

A four-week deposit will be taken in advance once the direct debit is in place.

You will need to give four weeks’ notice. The Trust reserves the right to charge a 50% exit fee if this notice is not given.

If you miss a session, you will still be charged the full price. If requested, we will do our best to accommodate the member on an alternative day that week.

You can take up to four weeks’ holiday each year. Please give at least one week’s notice before taking time off.

Please let us know if you are unhappy in any way. You can put your concerns in writing or speak directly to the manager.

We will carry out a full investigation into any concerns or complaints raised.

We can offer basic support with medication by giving members a verbal reminder. Medication must meet the following requirements:

• It must be in its original packaging.
• The packaging must state what the medication is, who it is for and who prescribed it.
• The dispensing label must clearly show the dose and when and how it should be taken.

We do not accept gifts. If you would like to make a donation to the Trust or Kimbrose Club, we will ensure it is put to good use.
