Thank You Magdalen Staff

I would like to say a massive thank you to ALL the staff at Magdalen House for looking after my lovely dad, Tony Burrell.
He came into their care in February 2024 and his care was fantastic. He was amazingly looked after. There are no words to describe how well he was cared for. From the cleaning team, the ladies who washed his clothes, the care team, right up to management – it was like he was their relative. They showed love, genuine compassion, and care like I have never seen in my life. I have been nursing since the age of 18, and I'm now 64. Honestly, from the bottom of my heart – thank you.

I also came to love them all myself. Nothing was too much trouble, and they were on point with everything he ever needed. I can't thank you and them enough. I am unable to name individual members of your team as they were ALL fantastic.

He passed on the 23rd of May and they even made this experience such a lovely one. My family and I will never forget it – such a warm and memorable experience.
He was the best dad and taught me so much about life and so much more. Honestly, you all made life over the past 15 months, and his passing, a brilliant experience.
