We have a very long history of providing accommodation in Gloucester for older people who want to live independently, safely and securely in their own home, with the reassurance that help is on hand if needed.
We have 137 self - contained, one and two bedroom flats available to lease, on four sites across the City of Gloucester. Each of our flats comes with:

Shower/bathroom.
All sites boast their own communal lounges, laundry rooms and gardens.
Our flats are modern, well equipped and we supply all floor coverings, a cooker and fridge/freezer. Our flats also come with satellite TV points and BT phone lines should you wish to install these services.
Our Housing Team is on hand during the day and we also have a 24 hour call centre service. We recognise that your independence is important and we will discuss arange of support options with you when you join us.
We offer a wide range of activities including excursions and shopping trips, as well as our popular lunch clubs, meal delivery service, monthly continental break fast or fish and chip suppers.
