Night Shift Leader – Magdalen House
£14.59 per hour plus weekend enhancement of £1.00 per hour
36 hours per week on a 2-week rota (8pm-8am), to include alternate Saturday nights.
About the role
We have a position available for a Shift Lead, (Nights) to work in our beautifully kept Residential Care home.
Magdalen House is our 29-bed Residential Care Home for older people who may be living with or without dementia. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Carer to join our Home and be part of our quality service where resident health and wellbeing is of the highest priority.
The job is ideal if you are a skilled and compassionate individual who is empathetic to the needs of older people and are looking for ongoing development.
You will need to be organised and efficient to ensure the shift runs smoothly.
Ideally, we would like you to have:
- · Experience in medication administration
- At least 12 months’ experience of working with older people, ideally as a Senior Carer
- · Experience of working with those with Dementia
- · NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care or working towards/willing to complete Level 3 if Level 2 held.
